We are a respected civil defense law firm seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.

Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys, with responsibilities focused on case management, document preparation, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury and/or railroad litigation, and strong technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses

• Organize, review, and analyze case materials and medical records

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings

• Manage case files, deadlines, and trial preparation

• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial logistics

• Maintain accurate billing records to meet annual 1,400 billable hours requirement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience

• Familiarity with personal injury and/or railroad litigation a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
