Immigration Paralegal
Cleveland, OH | Hybrid (3 days in-office)

A global law firm with a strong presence in Cleveland is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, with a strong emphasis on H-1B visa petitions.

• Draft and organize supporting documentation for USCIS and DOL filings.

• Manage high-volume caseloads and ensure all filings are accurate and timely.

• Maintain direct communication with clients, attorneys, and government agencies.

• Track case progress, deadlines, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.

• Hands-on experience with H-1B petitions is required.

• Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and immigration procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
