Position Title: Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Overview:
An established personal injury practice is looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to assist a team of attorneys in handling a busy docket of motor vehicle accident cases. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing files through every phase of litigation - from initial intake to final resolution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize litigation files across multiple active cases.

  • Prepare and review pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, correspondence, and summaries of evidence.

  • Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, insurance representatives, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

  • Coordinate and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court appearances.

  • Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

  • Analyze and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other case documentation.

  • File legal documents electronically and in person as needed.

  • Provide support during hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years' experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury or automobile accident law.

  • Thorough knowledge of both state and federal litigation procedures.

  • Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal case management software (such as Needles, Filevine, or comparable platforms).

  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
