Beacon Hill Legal is working with a well-respected law firm in Bloominton, IL on a PART-TIME Deposition Scheduler. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting attorneys and paralegals by coordinating and managing deposition scheduling and related litigation activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and coordinating depositions, hearings, and related litigation events.
• Communicating with attorneys, staff, clients, and opposing counsel to confirm details and logistics.
• Maintaining and updating calendars, deadlines, and case schedules.
• Assisting with preparation of deposition notices and related correspondence.
• Providing general litigation support as needed, including file management and document organization.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a law firm, litigation support role, or related legal setting preferred.
• Familiarity with litigation processes, deposition scheduling, or medical malpractice matters a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems (or willingness to learn).
