Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, document drafting, and discovery.

• Manage case files, databases, and docketing/case management systems.

• Assist in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials, including running trial presentation software.

• Draft pleadings, prepare exhibits, and coordinate filing/service of documents.

• Collect and summarize records, including medical files.

• Communicate effectively with clients and anticipate attorney needs.

• Mentor junior paralegals or assistants as needed.

• Meet annual billable target of 1600 hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience.

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's or paralegal certificate preferred.

• Proficiency with trial presentation software (OnCue, Trial Director, TrialPad).

• Experience with e-discovery platforms; Relativity preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary is up to $120K based on experience
