Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a prominent downtown law firm with their search for a full-time Intellectual Property Legal Assistant.
The Legal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to attorneys in the firm's Intellectual Property department. Key responsibilities include:
Proofreading, formatting, and filing legal documents
Organizing and maintaining client and attorney records and materials
Coordinating meetings, schedules, travel, and deadlines
Managing time entry, billing, and invoicing
Preparing correspondence with clients, government agencies, and other parties as directed
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, time entry, and document management systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and proofreading skills, organizational ability, and effective communication are essential. The firm seeks a dependable, collaborative professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, 401(k), and paid parking.
