Our client, a prestigious law firm located in downtown Denver, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team and help manage high-stakes defense litigation. If you have a strong background in complex litigation and trial work, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a top-tier firm known for handling sophisticated civil cases.
Role Highlights:
- Hybrid Schedule: Work 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
- Competitive Salary: $70K-$85K+ with flexibility based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation from intake to appeal
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and trial materials
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Organize exhibits and witness materials for trial preparation
- Docket deadlines and manage case files meticulously across multiple jurisdictions
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on defense and trial support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Proficiency with legal software and experience billing time
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
