Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a reputable Trial law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time, permanent position, 35 hour work week, in office 4 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, up to $120K!
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 7+ years of legal experience - preferably supporting Shareholders and Partners with large books of business
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations, flights, and car rentals
- Prepare travel itineraries upon request.
- Reserve hotel conference rooms for depositions and other offsite meetings.
- Extensive experience with generating table of contents and table of authorities
- Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
- Managing a very active calendar of appointments and assisting with invoices/billings
- Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
