A full service, mid-sized firm in Chicago is seeking a Corporate Income Partner Attorney
- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of sophisticated mergers and acquisitions practice
- The job will including leading private company mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity deals
- The candidate should have experience with middle-market companies on a variety of general corporate matters including corporate governance, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements
- The firm has a billable target of 1700 and offers bill rates between $500-1200/ hour
- No portable book is require for the role
