Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading Chicago mid-size firm in their search for an executive compensation & ERISA Associate to join their growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a sophisticated law firm setting.
Experience should include:
- ERISA and equity/incentive compensation plan design and compliance
- Qualified and non-qualified retirement plan experience, including ESOPs
- M&A due diligence related to benefit and compensation matters
