Reputable law firm based in Chicago is adding a Legal Assistant to their Litigation team in Chicago! This is a full time, direct hire position. Hours are 9a-5p CST. The Legal Assistant will work a hybrid schedule after training.

LA's duties include but aren't limited to:
- Providing administrative + legal support to a team of Litigation attorneys
- Revise and edit legal documents, memorandum, and correspondence
- Prepare and eFile legal documents in State & Federal courts
- Organize binders, exhibits and other materials for trials
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating trial logistics
- Communicate with internal and external clients, partners, vendors, and third parties
- Prepare time entries, expense reports, and manage travel
- Assist in scheduling, meeting preparations, and managing calendars
- Assist with other projects as needed
Qualified Legal Assistants will have 2+ years of Law Firm experience in a litigation practice. Candidates must display professional communication skills & attention to detail. MS Office Skills and eFiling expereince required.
