Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-respected plaintiff personal injury law firm in Clayton to identify an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to step into an existing caseload and move cases forward efficiently. Candidates with 2+ years of personal injury experience are strongly preferred.

The successful paralegal will manage personal injury claims from inception through resolution, working closely with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. If you are client-focused and passionate about excellence, this role could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and medical professionals.

• Investigate case facts to assess causation, damages, and extent of injuries.

• Conduct proactive file reviews to ensure progress toward client satisfaction.

• Serve as the main point of contact for adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation analysts.

• Review medical records and prepare medical chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.

Requirements

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid subrogation, private insurance subrogation, and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Strong knowledge of pre-litigation case processes and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage limits, provisions, and exclusions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and legal software.
