We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to join our growing eDiscovery Services team. This role is ideal for someone with 5-8 years of RelativityOne expertise who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and support electronic case databases using RelativityOne.

  • Process, load, and produce data in accordance with established workflows, best practices, and case-specific instructions.

  • Independently leverage RelativityOne analytics, advanced functionality, AI, and scripting to complete assignments.

  • Guide attorneys and staff on the most appropriate analytics tools based on case needs.

  • Perform quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to eDiscovery best practices.

  • Track and document all actions across the data lifecycle (from intake through archival).

  • Collaborate with project managers, eDiscovery attorneys, and firm-wide teams to deliver solutions.

  • Provide end-user support and training during all phases of the eDiscovery process.

  • Maintain strict data security, custody, and compliance with firm policies.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in litigation support or eDiscovery services in a law firm or service provider environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in RelativityOne, including analytics, advanced functionality, and scripting.

  • Strong knowledge of EDRM standards and ACEDS principles.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, work non-standard shifts, and adapt to an irregular schedule when required.

  • High level of personal effectiveness, teamwork, and attention to detail.


Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Additional technical certifications (ACEDS, Relativity) are a plus.
