A mid-sized, full service firm in Chicago is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join their growing practice group. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a law firm setting.
This group represents start-ups, middle market and emerging growth companies in a wide range of industries, private equity funds, hedge funds, and private investors. Associates in this group will work on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, private placements, joint ventures, commercial contracting, and general corporate matters.
Firm offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with no billable hour expectation (associates average 1800).
Comp range starts at $200,000 base + bonus.
