A full service firm in Pittsburgh is seeking to hire a mid-level Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate Attorney
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial bankruptcy and foreclosure practice
- The role will draft and negotiate forbearance agreements, bankruptcy plans, and corporate documents
- The associate will also make regular court appearance in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, and related litigation
- The firm has an in office structure, 1900 billable requirement, and excellent mentorship program
- The position will offer between $110-130k for base salary with an objective hours based bonus
