Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a Midsized Law Firm located in Downtown Chicago! This is a full time, permanent position, 35 hour work week, WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation, paying between $90k-$120k. Trial Experience is a plus.
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 3-7+ years of Commercial Litigation experience and a 4 year degree OR Paralegal Certificate is preferred!
- Experience and technical expertise within Relativity (or other eDiscovery tools).
- Litigation support tasks , including trial prep and attending trial experience is required.
- Proficiency in legal citation checks.
- Extensive experience with drafting, responding, and reviewing discovery requests, discovery responses, document productions, litigation holds, privilege logs, subpoena preparation and follow-up, and the ability to draft basic pleadings including motions to compel, mediation summaries, and initial pleadings.
- eFiling for Illinois state and federal courts (and federal courts generally).
