Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury (Automobile Accidents)
St. Louis, MO | Hybrid Schedule (1 day per week remote)
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-respected plaintiff personal injury firm in St. Louis seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a friendly, down-to-earth environment while contributing to meaningful work on behalf of injured clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, with a focus on automobile accident cases
- Draft and organize pleadings, discovery responses, medical chronologies, and settlement demands
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare trial exhibits, subpoenas, and other legal documents as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or related practice areas
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
