Legal Assistants - Personal Injury Firm
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Legal Assistants to join a busy and growing personal injury law firm. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting or building a career in the legal field while working in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients by phone and email to provide updates and gather information.

• Help attorneys and paralegals stay organized by tracking case details, deadlines, and client needs.

• Keep records and files accurate and up to date.

• Support the team with scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.

• Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism, care, and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.

• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and pay attention to detail.

• Comfortable talking on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).

• Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but no legal experience is required - we provide training.

• Night shifts are available for those currently in school.
