- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in trademark-focused legal experience
- The role will prosecute trademarks, perform trademark searches, draft clearance opinions, and advise on trademark enforcement and litigation
- The firm has a 1900 billable hour target, hybrid work set up, and compensation between $200-250k
