A boutique HOA firm is seeking a transactional associate to join their Denver-area office:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of transactional experience
- The attorney will perform a variety of transactional matters for homeowner associate clients
- The role will draft and review contracts, opinion letters, governing documents, rules, easement contracts, licenses, insurance policies, and related real estate documents
- The firm has a 1600 hour billable target, hybrid set up, and compensation between $100-140k
