Personal Injury Paralegal
St. Louis, MO | Hybrid Schedule | Established Plaintiff Firm

This is a unique opportunity to step into a busy caseload and make an immediate impact. You'll play a key role in managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring each client feels supported and informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.

• Conduct fact investigations to assess liability, damages, and injury impact.

• Organize and analyze medical records to prepare chronologies, itemizations, and demand packages.

• Review and manage case files proactively to ensure forward movement and client satisfaction.

• Handle subrogation issues including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of personal injury experience preferred.

• Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance policies, subrogation, and the personal injury claims process.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal case management software.
