Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-established family law firm in St. Charles, IL, to identify a Family Law Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with courtroom experience who is looking to take on complex cases, work closely with experienced litigators, and grow within a stable and supportive practice.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a range of family law matters, including custody disputes, financial issues, and contested divorces

• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence

• Conduct discovery, depositions, and legal research

• Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients in contested hearings and trials

• Maintain consistent client communication and manage expectations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois

• 2-5+ years of experience practicing family law

• Prior courtroom and trial experience preferred

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines

• Experience working with high-conflict clients or contested matters is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive six-figure base salary, commensurate with experience
