A boutique multi-family and low income housing firm is seeking an experience zoning attorney to join their practice:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of zoning experience
- The role is part of the firm's succession planning, the new hire will receive at least a year of mentorship before taking over an established practice
- The role does not require any business development, the attorney will service the real estate books of other partners at the firm specigically with their zoning needs
- The role requires zoning and transactional real estate background
- The firm has a flexible office set up, 1600 hour billable target, and compensation between $180-220k
