Job Title: Plaintiff Paralegal

Job Description:
A well-regarded plaintiff personal injury firm in Richmond Heights is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Plaintiff Paralegal to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering a combination of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting attorneys in personal injury matters and be comfortable handling a caseload from intake through settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Manage case files and maintain case deadlines

• Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication throughout the case

• Collect, review, and summarize medical records and bills

• Prepare medical chronologies and demand packages

• Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation

• Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Calendar court dates, depositions, and other case-related deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation preferred

• Strong knowledge of Missouri court rules and procedures

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Professional communication skills and client-focused mindset

Schedule:

• Hybrid (2 days remote, remainder in-office)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
