Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Labor and Employment Legal Assistant to join a global law firm! This position is in the office ONLY 2 days a week, operates off a 35 hour work week, full benefits, and paying up to $85K+!
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
Below is a list of potential job duties:
- Must have at minimum 10+ years of Labor and Employment/Litigation experience out of a law firm
- Provide exceptional support to Shareholder level attorneys & associates within Labor and Employment practice group
- Extensive experience with transcribing, typing, proofreading, and finalizing legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
- Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, travel plans, and assisting with invoices/billings
- Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
