Highly respected Clayton law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to joing their Civil Litigation and Disputes practice group. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of skilled attorneys on complex matters in a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.

• Coordinate and manage document production, including organizing case files and maintaining case management databases.

• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.

• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and trial binders.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and court dates for attorneys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation or disputes.

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.

• Strong knowledge of federal and Missouri state court rules and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
