Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly respected law firm in the search for a Litigation Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful work in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records in both electronic and physical formats
- Conduct factual research and assist with preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Coordinate with clients, experts, and other parties to ensure smooth case progression
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the legal team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Prior litigation experience strongly desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
