Personal Injury Paralegal - St. Louis, MO

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-established St. Louis plaintiff law firm, to identify an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team. Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

• Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution.

• Review and analyze medical records; prepare medical chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.

• Investigate facts to determine causation, damages, and the extent of injuries.

• Conduct proactive file reviews to ensure cases move forward efficiently.

• Coordinate with adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation professionals throughout the case process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of pre-litigation processes and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage limits, and exclusions.

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance subrogation preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and legal case management software.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
