Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected civil defense law firm, to hire a full-time Litigation Paralegal. This position is based ideally in the firm's Belleville, IL office, though candidates may have the option to work from the St. Louis, MO location. The firm operates on a fully on-site schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The firm is seeking an experienced paralegal with a background in civil defense litigation. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within personal injury and/or railroad litigation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex case files are essential. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting with discovery, coordinating case materials, communicating with clients and experts, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
