We are a well-established, St. Louis-based law firm that continues to grow and evolve. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is ready to jump into an existing caseload to move cases forward efficiently.

About the Role
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you'll manage claims from inception through resolution. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers-helping ensure every case is handled with excellence and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals.

• Investigate case facts to assess causation, damages, and extent of injuries.

• Proactively review and manage files to drive progress toward resolution.

• Act as the main point of contact for adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation analysts.

• Review medical records, prepare chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.

• Strong knowledge of pre-litigation processes and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage limits, provisions, and exclusions.

• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance subrogation regulations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and legal software.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under strict deadlines.
