We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support attorneys with estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in trust funding, estate tax filings, and client case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file probate pleadings and estate planning documents

• Prepare Gift (709), Estate (706), and Fiduciary Income (1041) Tax Returns

• Maintain trust financial records; reconcile broker statements and perform trust accounting

• Administer revocable and irrevocable trusts, pre- and post-death

• Work closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams

• Manage client files, databases, and electronic case folders

• Ensure timely, high-quality work product and meet billable-hour requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience preferred

• Bachelor's or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with GEMS, BNA, ProSystems, or EVP a plus

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Corporate and/or real-estate experience a plus
