An emerging SaaS company, is seeking a General Counsel to grow and lead their legal department. This position will work closely with the CFO, CEO and executive team.
Qualified candidates will have:
- 10+ years experience, including in-house experience with a technology company
- Strong M&A experience leading transactions and structuring deals
- Substantial experience working with sales and finance teams
- Ability to draft and negotiate various complex commercial contracts
- Experience building scalable legal processes
This position is on a remote basis. Compensation includes base, bonus, and equity.
