Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-established law firm in Clayton, Missouri on a Family Law Paralegal search. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and the chance to join a reputable legal team known for its commitment to client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare family law pleadings, including petitions, motions, discovery requests/responses, and proposed judgments

• Manage attorney calendars, schedule court dates and depositions, and track deadlines

• Organize case files and maintain up-to-date documentation

• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and preparing trial binders

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal

• Strong knowledge of Missouri family law procedures and e-filing requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
