Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare family law pleadings, including petitions, motions, discovery requests/responses, and proposed judgments

• Manage attorney calendars, schedule court dates/depositions, and track critical deadlines

• Organize and maintain case files and documentation

• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally and promptly

• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal

• In-depth knowledge of Missouri family law procedures and e-filing requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
