A well-established plaintiff personal injury firm specializing in car accident cases is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and be proficient in case management, drafting legal documents, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, from case inception to resolution.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Manage case files, deadlines, and client communication.
Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies.
Prepare trial binders and exhibits for hearings and depositions.
Qualifications:
2+ years of litigation experience in personal injury law.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
