Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a Chambers' ranked firm seeking a transactional associate to join their growing finance practice group in their Chicago office.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working on finance transactions repreasenting public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Experience should include substantive loan documents, and advising on compliance and due diligence.
