Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prestigious national law firm to find a skilled Estates Paralegal to join their dynamic Tax, Benefits, and Estates Practice Group. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional passionate about estate planning and administration, eager to support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive salaries $70 - $80k+ (DOE).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with estate plans, client communications, and tax documents.
  • Coordinate with financial planners, CPAs, and other professionals for asset transfers.
  • Conduct real estate title research and prepare necessary transfer documents.
  • Prepare corporate documents and maintain minute books.
  • Review, index, and organize client documentation.
  • Draft and file IRS and state-level tax returns (e.g., Federal Estate and Gift Tax Returns).
  • Draft correspondence, court filings, and ancillary documents.
  • Manage client-related electronic files and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (estate planning, tax services, or related fields).
  • Familiarity with the Internal Revenue Code is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and legal document assembly software.
  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.
