Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top international law firm to hire a Litigation Legal Assistant for their Denver office. This role supports a team of attorneys focused on first-party and third-party property insurance coverage litigation.
Location: Downtown Denver
Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Compensation: $70K-$85K+
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys
Prepare, proofread, and revise pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
File documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing
Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings/deadlines
Maintain and organize electronic client files (iManage)
Prepare shell documents and coordinate depositions
Handle general office duties and reception coverage as needed
Qualifications:
10+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
Expertise in state and federal e-filing procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe/Nuance
Experience with iManage or a comparable document management system
Strong grammar, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Chrome River and InTapp
Background supporting attorneys in large or mid-sized firms
