Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Contracts Attorney for a part-time engagement with a notable green energy company based in Washington, DC!
The part-time schedule will range from 10-20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable commuting into Washington, DC once a week.
- Must be barred (active/ in good standing) in at least one US jurisdiction. Admission into the DC Bar preferred.
- Must have 2+ years of experience with power purchase agreements (PPAs), energy performance contracts (EPCs) and/or energy offtake agreements.
- Experience with nuclear energy a plus!
