Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Paralegal for a direct-hire opportunity with a boutique law firm in Richmond, VA! The firm specializes in plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation and the role requires 5 days onsite at their office.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of litigation support experience. Experience with labor and employment law matters preferred. Must be skilled in preparing and proofreading legal documents, e-filing with federal and state courts, and performing case management. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required!
