Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Contracts Attorney on a long-term temporary assignement in Reston, VA.
Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of procurement agreements, including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Benefit Agreements
- Real Estate / Facilities Agreements
- Hardware / Software Agreements
- Amendments and other contract-related documents
This position will adhere to a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Reston.
