Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a notable internet company based in Reston, VA!
This position will adhere to a hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Qualifications:
- Must be barred to practice in Virginia (active/ in good standing) or hold a Virginia Corporate Counsel license. Candidates barred in other jurisdictions will not be considered.
- Must have 4+ years of experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting complex procurement agreements, NDAs, real estate / facilities agreements, employee benefit agreements, hardware, and software agreements.
- Prior in-house experience in a technology/internet field preferred.
