Fantastic opportunity to join a collegial law firm with a great work/life balance as a CRE Paralegal. Working alongside a thriving team, the paralegal will assist attorneys with transactions including placing document orders and reviewing, ordering searches, such as UCC, bankruptcy, litigation, for complex entities, reviewing due diligence, managing agenda timelines, review of title and survey, corresponding with state agencies, firm clients, and outside legal counsel, preparing closing documents, reviewing closing binders, and drafting routine correspondence.

The successful candidate will have several years of proven experience working on commercial real estate transactions, proficient with technology and possess interest in learning new technology programs, is able to work effectively under deadlines, have drafting and proofreading experience, an ability to adapt, is self-motivated, is proactive and a strong communicator.
