Are you a licensed Massachusetts attorney looking to grow your practice in a dynamic, client-facing role? A growing boutique law firm is seeking a driven, personable attorney with at least 1 year of Probate & Family Court experience to join its team.

What You'll Do:

Client Acquisition & Business Development (70%)
✔ Lead estate planning consultations and identify opportunities across Family Law, Business Law, and Trusts & Estates
✔ Collaborate with marketing and intake teams to improve lead conversion and follow-up processes
✔ Build referral networks with financial advisors, realtors, business owners, and more
✔ Represent the firm at client events, workshops, and community functions
✔ Work with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies

Legal Work - Estate Planning Focus (30%)
✔ Draft and implement trusts, wills, POAs, healthcare proxies
✔ Manage probate filings, real estate transactions, and estate settlements
✔ Participate in trust administration and make limited court appearances
✔ Collaborate with senior attorneys on advanced estate/tax planning

What You Bring:

✅ Active license to practice law in Massachusetts
✅ 1+ year of experience in the Probate & Family Court system
✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
✅ Motivated by performance-based compensation
✅ Organized and tech-savvy (or open to learning new systems)
