Beacon Hill Legal is working with a respected, long-standing law firm in Massachusetts that's looking to add a Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney interested in growing their career with a boutique firm known for its work in construction-related disputes-though no construction law experience is required to be considered.

What You'll Do:

• Handle litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and/or appeal

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Conduct depositions, discovery, and court appearances

• Collaborate with experienced partners and work directly with clients

• Get exposure to arbitration, mediation, and appellate work

✅ What They're Looking For:

• J.D. and admission to practice in Massachusetts

• 3+ years of litigation experience (state or federal)

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with a small team

• Interest in or exposure to construction law is a plus, but not required
