Litigation Associate - Construction Law
Overview
A respected law firm with a focused construction law practice is looking to hire a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience. This role offers hands-on involvement in complex construction-related disputes, including contract issues, claims, and litigation arising from public and private projects. Prior construction law experience is helpful but not required This position requires an in-office presence at least four days per week. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required) 3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar setting Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Interest in construction law and complex commercial disputesQualifications
