Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top national AmLaw firm on a long-term contract opportunity for a Real Estate Attorney with homebuilder experience. This role offers full-time hours, potential for the contract to extend, and the chance to work with an exceptional legal team!
What you'll do:
- Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
- Prepare closing documents and review title and survey matters
- Draft homeowners association (HOA) and easement agreements
- Handle other ancillary development documents
What we're looking for:
- JD and active bar admission (North Carolina preferred; others considered)
- Experience working with a homebuilder (law firm or in-house)
- General real estate experience preferred
- Available 35-40 hours per week (no concurrent work)
- Licensed and living in a state where the firm has an office
Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months to start, likely to extend
