Beacon Hill Legal is staffing several Davis Bacon Act Consultants for a long-term contract opportunity with a top accounting firm located in Washington, DC!
The contract period is anticipated to last 12 months, with potential for extension.
Candidates must have 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) and knowledge in Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements. In the role, the Consultant will assess whether individuals in the construction and power & utilities industries are being paid fairly and legally under federal wage laws (such as the DBA and IRA).
**Although the position is remote, occasional travel to the Washington, DC office can be expected.
