We're working with one of the fastest-growing law firms in Massachusetts - and they're looking for a battle-tested litigator to lead their Personal Injury litigation team.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven attorney who's ready to lead, build, and make real impact inside a high-performing, high-growth firm. All candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, and be admitted in Massachusetts.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the PI litigation team from intake through trial

• Work directly with senior leadership to drive strategy, performance, and growth

• Mentor junior attorneys and staff - and hold the bar high

• Own your caseload - full responsibility, no excuses

• Put in the time it takes to win - nights, weekends, whatever it takes

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with real trial work under your belt

• A proven leader who can manage people and performance

• Someone who lives for the grind and doesn't shy away from high stakes

• A builder mindset - this isn't just a job, it's a leadership role with growth

• A client-first litigator who knows how to deliver results under pressure
