One of the top law firms is looking for a corporate paralegal to work alongside an attorney team of trailblazers in Boston. Great opportunity to make an impact by working on matters related to IPO's, M&A transactions, VC financings, company formations, fund formations, creation and maintenance of entities, securities compliance, regulatory filings, deal closings and much more!
The successful candidate will have proven experience from a general corporate practice area, ideally with securities law experience.
